Love of a Lifetime
I did this layout for my awesome hubby today :)
I love this pic of dh and I that my sister took back in November. I used some of the lyrics from the song "Love of a Lifetime" by Firehouse.
Started with Template from Kimberly Geswein and moved the wave down a bit, Maria LaFrance's kit Always With You from digital freebies.com, and the font is MA Simple Pleasures.
Thanks for looking

Always on the Go
This is another challenge I did over at ACOT. We were given a template and had 1 hour to make a layout with it. This is the result, not too bad for only an hour ;)
Here is my dd running in my in-laws back yard
I used Gypsy Chick Ava Collection, Marcie Reckinger's Stamped alpha and the font is FG Nancy.
The template was a freebie for the challenge.
May 2003
This is a "flip-lift" I did for a challenge over at ACOT of JustKC's "William 2 Weeks" layout for another digi challenge.
This is a photo from the day we roomed in with dd before we got to bring her home. It amazes me to look at these older photos of her and see how much she has changed.
I used Correen Silke's Summers End Kit from Scrapbook Bytes and the font is FG Paulette
Elizabeth's First Birthday
I did this layout for a digi challenge at A Cherry On Top. I can't believe that we will be having her 4th birthday in only a few weeks. It seems like yesterday that we were planning her first birthday party.
I used Traci Reed's Point It Out Sketch 1, Michelle Bradley's Tropical Punch Kit and the font is FG Paulette.

So Small
This photo of Elizabeth amazes me. She was only 2 days old in this photo, so small that even the preemie diapers were to big.
I used Theresa Hernandez's kit My Funky Valentine :) Thank you to Theresa and ACOT for this kit...I won during ACOT's 1st Digital Birthday celebration. It is a gorgeous kit!! The font is CAC Pinafore.
My Sunshine
I love these photos of Elizabeth taken a few weeks ago, just the way her eyes light up when she smiles just makes my day. Since she was a bitty baby I have been singing "You are my sunshine" and the day that she sang it back to me brought me to tears. It was so beautiful.
I used Amy Bleser's Everyday Templates #4 and Little Miss kits from A Cherry on Top...thank you Amy for wonderful gift of the Little Miss kit, I LOVE it. The fonts are Anke Calligraphic FG and FG Charyn. Thank you so much for looking :)

Still More...
I still have quite a few to add to my blog, but I think I may have a sinus infection and I am going to head off to bed. I will work on getting more on here this week sometime. Please leave comments if you stop by!! Thank you :)
Lifelong Friends
I did this layout for the sketch challenge at RakScraps this month. This is my dh and his friend. They went to high school together and his wife and I went to high school together and were best friends. We all ended up getting married and our children are only 2 months apart. I wish they lived closer.
I used Marcie Reckinger's Casual Friday kit and the fonts are FG David and Arial Narrow.

More Layouts.....
I have some more layouts to post but I think that I am heading to bed. Thank you for looking at my layouts and I hope that you will leave comments here so that I know you came by. I am always interested in constructive critisism to make my layouts better.
April 1, 2003
I did this layout for an element challenge at RakScraps. This is such a special photo of Elizabeth and I. This is the first time I got to hold my little girl. She was born on March 27th but had to be stable before we could hold her, she was 11 weeks premature.
I used Carole Neale's Lil Sweetheart kit from DigiScrapShak. The font is FG Bonnie.
Dad's Trip to the Phillippines
This is my scraplift of one of my friends Amy..her layout called "Christmas Eve with Family" over at RakScraps (link on the right)
My dad went home for Christmas to the Phillippines. This photo is the surviving Jose family. My dad is the youngest of 10. Amazing, isn't it?
I used Vera Lim's One of a Kind Kit and Marcie Reckinger's Casual Friday for the filmstrip. Both kits can be found at A Cherry on Top. The font is blackjack and zapfHumnst BT.
To My Elizabeth
I am really excited at how this layout turned out. I get an email everyday from the page-a-day calendar people with quotes specifically for moms and when I got this one I just knew that I had to do a layout with it.
The quote reads:
"A woman with a child rediscovers the world. All is changed-politics, loyalties, needs. For now all is judged by the life of the child..and of all children. -Pam Brown
So true, isn't it?
I used Kristin Cronin-Barrow's Joy Collection and the font is Blackjack
