Scootering

Santa got Elizabeth a scooter this year for Christmas. She is having so much riding it all around the house. These pics are from when we took it outside for the first time for her to ride around the block. She gets some good speed on it!!

I used Tracy Collins Another Try from Digital Freebies and Traci Reed's Photo Collages from ACOT. The font is FG Paulette.

Breakfast with Santa

This year we took Elizabeth to Play Plus for breakfast with Santa. She was so excited to see him until she got on his lap. Susan took these photos for me since, once again, the batteries in my camera were dying.

I used Michelle Swading's Assorted Templates 2 at digitalfreebies and Driving Home for Christmas by Rikkiscraps at PolkaDotPotato. The font is TypoUpright BT.

Thanks for looking!!

Elizabeth and Kayla

I love this layout :) This is Elizabeth and my friends daughter Kayla. She is 14 months old. When they play together Elizabeth takes on the Big Sister role and it is so darn cute, especially when Kayla will start picking on her just to get a reaction out of her.

I used Irene Brown's Willow from Scrap Outside the Box. The font is Papyrus.

December Dance Recital

This is one of the pics from Elizabeth's first ever dance recital. They danced to "Where are you Christmas?" and I have to admit it brought tears to my eyes watching her dance.

I used a template from ConnyB (a little modified) and Amy Knepper's Kit Home 4 The Holidays over at Scrapdish.com. The font I used is AKAFrivolity.

February 2006

I am totally in love with Amy Bleser's Zoomania Kit which can be found over at ACOT. I have so many pictures from the zoo that will go perfect with it. Here is my first one using her kit. The font I used is Pen Mark MF.

Snowballs...December 2006

I am just totally in love with this layout. The colors in Bella Gypsy's Wonderland kit went PERFECT with the shirt that she was wearing. The font is called StoneSerif SAIN SmBd v.1 (how's that for a long font name??)

Easter 2006

Just a few pics from April this year. We dyed Easter eggs with her for the first time this year and she really had a lot of fun.

I used Amy Teets OSpringy Kit from A Cherry on Top and Claudia Campbell's Straight Stitchies 2 from Elemental Scraps. The fonts are Vagabond and Honey Bunches.

July 2006

Probably not your typical July photo, but we did in fact go ice skating while we were in Mississippi. This was the first time that Elizabeth had ever been on ice skates and she did a really awesome job.

I used Marcie Reckinger's SunshineyDay Kit and Kelly Shults Template Set (slightly modified) both can be found over at A Cherry on Top. The font is Whackadoo.

January 2006 - Big Gril Bed

I love this picture of Elizabeth, as soon as we got her new big girl bed together she immediately began jumping on it. I can't believe that she will be in this bed for a year in another week. Time flies by so fast. Thank goodness for scrapbooking to preserve all these precious memories and thank goodness for camera's that preserve dates ;)

I used Heidi Smith's kit Geometrics from Scrap Outside the Box. The fonts are Socket and Whackadoo.

The Cover Page

This is the cover page for the Christmas Album. The notebook paper is from ACOT's Collaboration Kit Extra Credit, everything else is from Marcie Reckinger's Happy Christmas. I also used Amy Bleser's Everyday Templates for this layout. The font is Storybook. Everything I used can be found over at A Cherry on Top :)

May 2006

I am really happy at how cool this page turned out. I used Amy Bleser's Everyday Templates (which can be found over at ACOT) and Bella Gypsy's Lollipop Kit. The font is Waltograph.

June 2006

Here is a layout that I did for the Grandparents Christmas album, I decided to do 2 pages for each month so that the album would be a bit bigger than it was. I used a kit called Water Fun by Tiny Dreamers which I purchased on Ebay. The font I used is SwingSet BB.

Scripture Challenge at RakScraps

I just finished this one for a challenge. These pics are when Elizabeth was only 5 months old (so about 2 months old adjusted) at her first company picnic. With Jim's suggestion, I softened the pictures so that they would not be so harsh up against Enableem's beautifully soft kit.

I used her new kit "Willow" over at Scrap Outside the Box. The fonts are Palace Script MT and ZapfHumnst BT.

Our First Family Christmas

I just finished this layout for a Quote Challenge over at RakScraps :) I am very pleased with how it turned out considering I am running a fever and feel like crap. I am so pumped up on medications that I can't sleep.
I used Marcie Reckinger Happy Christmas and Christine Nash Simply Stitching Taupe. The fonts I used are OliJoSans (for the quote) and Worstveldsling (the title).

Thank You for Looking :)

Elizabeth's Ride

I worked on this one today, I was messing around with making the ribbon look like it was going thru the tag and this is the end result. I used Enableem's Kits B&G Combo kit and also her It's A Wrap kit. The font is called Whackadoo, lol.

My Puppies

I did this layout for a digi challenge over at A Cherry on Top. I used the ACOT Collab. Kit Circle of Friends, Christine Nash's Simply Stitching Little Bits of Taupe and Imperfect Frames and Corners.

Our Christmas Tree....2005

My pics from this year are still on the camera so I decided to scrap our Christmas tree from last year :) I used Enableem's kit "It's a Wrap" from Scrap Outside the Box. The fonts are Scriptina (for the title) and FG Bonnie's Font for the journaling......which by the way I am totally in love with because it almost looks like my handwriting :)

LOL!

You Are a Glazed Donut

Okay, you know that you're plain - and you're cool with that.
You prefer not to let anything distract from your sweetness.
Your appeal is understated yet universal. Everyone dig you.
And in a pinch, you'll probably get eaten.

First Gingerbread House

Another "first" page :) Elizabeth and I took art classes at the local play place for over a year together. Last year we did Gingerbread houses and she had so much fun doing them. Ironically, I am now teaching the same class and we are doing Gingerbread Houses this Thursday.

I used Irene Brown's (Enableem) kit "It's A Wrap" for this layout. The fonts I used are BoyzRGross (title), Brianne Hand (journaling), and CAC Pinafore (tags).

Thanks for looking!! Please remember to leave a quick comment if you stop by so I know you have been here :)

Cole and Bean at the Beach

I am really happy at how this one turned out, Susan and I took the kids to New Smyrna Beach 2 times this summer and they had so much fun together. I used the A Cherry On Top Collaboration Kit Sunkissed, AmyW's template #24, and the fonts are AKA Frivolity (New Smyrna Beach) and MA Brownie too (journaling).

Thank you for looking!!!

First Kiss

Here is another page I did using Enableem's B&G Combo kit. This is Elizabeth's "first kiss" I am sure one day she will kill me for taking this picture, but it was just too cute of a scrapbooking moment to pass up. Elizabeth and Dakota are only two months apart and his mom and I were best friends in high school and our husbands were also best friends in high school.

I also used Marcie Reckinger's Casual Friday kit at ACOT for the stitching. I also used Amy W's template #33 from her blog. The fonts I used are PenMark MF (2005), Pepita MT (First Kiss), and SBC Courtney's Journal.

Thank you for looking!!!
